Hello, I have purchased Unleashed 22 on July 29th. Tested and holy grail does NOT work with Fuji X-T5. The camera randomly freezes and skips frames. Then takes some more them freezes again and skips some. Totally unpredictable. It does not depend on memory card and yes, I have latest firmware on camera and unleashed.
I sent a support request on August 20th. No response. I sent a second support request on September 27th. No response.
There seems to be nobody behind this company. I paid Eur 255.27 for something that DOES NOT WORK and nobody cares to answer to provide some help. I requested to return the unleashed on September 27th and asked for information on how to return. No need to mention: NO RESPONSE.
What am I supposed to do other than take legal action?
Thanks,
Simone

If you had read *any* of the numerous complaints posted here before buying, you should have expeced these issues. Basically the product is pure junk and selling such stuff is a scam.
I hope that someone with consumer protection, German and European laws and regulations, and a lot of knowledge of legal matters is going to sue them for the mess they have pulled their customers into. Making mistakes can happen to anyone. Repeating mistakes, some are hard learners. Deliberately repeating mistakes and trying to cover them up and trying to silence complaining customers, that is a clear sign that criminal activity is beginning to form. Notoriously lying to customers, still selling your crappy unreliable and defective product to thousands of customers while giving no support and not fixing the problems you have caused for your customers, not refunding their money: you are a criminal and deserve a sentence and legal actions against you for ripping people off deliberately. Judgement is coming. God is not mocked! Repent or perish!

so you mean it's my fault that someone sells a product that does not work, does not provide any information or support, no way to return it and does not even care to respond. I would agree with you. Unfortunately I am not a lawyer so my knowledge is very limited. I have considered and I am still considering legal action, however I do not reside in Germany, where apparently this firm is registered, and this makes the matter more complicated. I am trying to appeal to the European Consumer Center Network. It is taking too much of my time though, and it's frustrating. As a matter of principle I will pursue whatever legal avenue I can, at least in hope of avoiding the same faith to other customers.PapaBear wrote: ↑October 20th, 2025, 2:20 pmI hope that someone with consumer protection, German and European laws and regulations, and a lot of knowledge of legal matters is going to sue them for the mess they have pulled their customers into. Good luck with the legal action you are taking!
Also contact Kickstarter and report the problem there: https://help.kickstarter.com/hc/en-us/a ... ickstarter
Remember that the money (about 750.000 euro) was collected through Kickstarter and Foolography never delivered the product that was advertised on Kickstarter.
I think you have a good starting point and arguments, with proof, that they did not deliver what was advertised. That is a legal matter and I guess Kickstarter has more legal knowledge to bring you in contact with other legal people that can help you.
Good luck, and let us know what you bump into!

Actually the company is still live. I got firmware update a few days ago.
As a Nikon user, my experience is great, although previous had an issue about holy grail, the developer released a fix shortly and addressed the issue.
Now I am happy to use without any problem. As there is no alternative you can find providing the similar functionalities, its small size and fast Bluetooth connection, I think it is worth the money.
No response for support is so confusing, I guess the small team has no enough capacity to support .

The problem is not that it isn't working for Canon or Nikon users.chaoyangnz wrote: ↑October 27th, 2025, 8:43 amActually the company is still live. I got firmware update a few days ago.

The problems are that the product is not working the way it should be working!
Next to that, too much promises were made in the past that have not been fulffiled properly. Especially for the camera brands other than Canon and Nikon.
What does this mean in general? Simply said: The Unleashed 2018 product is working for both Canon and Nikon camera's with some nasty problems of battery drainage that isn't solved for over years now. The Unleashed 2022 isn't working as advertised. Too much problems with different camera brands. I guess the small team took too much on their plate which they could not deliver. They should have addressed the problems that arised from the 2018 version first and then extend the number of camera brands bit by bit, not in a big bang, covering all possible camera brands, for that is of course not working at all. Too much promises, not backed up with reality. Then your dream product becomes a nightmare for yourself as development team and your (loyal) customers. You lose your customers' trust, patience and hope that everything will turn out well. As is proven by backtracking the problems that are NOT solved, trust is gone, patience is gone and hope is gone.
