I am still waiting for my delivery

I have check my order delivery status, but i really don't understand what it is meaning.
Die Sendung wurde am 08.11.2018 zugestellt.

I am a Chinese, nor Germany speaker. it takes 15 days since i received delivery Email. How long it will reach to Bejing China.
