In the screenshot it looks like the Unleashed thinks the Shutterbutton is fully pressed. Although very unlikely, it's possible that there is a hardware issue that was missed by our tests.
Could you unplug the Unleashed, plug it in again, don't press the shutterbutton in the App, but just leave the app open watch the shutterbutton in the app. Then halfpress the physical shutterbutton on the camera a few times, then fullpress the shutterbutton on the camera once or twice. Does the button get a little smaller when halfpressing and even smaller when fully pressing?

it does indeed look like what I was worried about - the pin responsible for the "full press" seems to be disconnected. We'll have to send you a new unit. Sorry about that.
