Help - Still no GPS data [solved in app update 1.3.7]

Hey Oliver,

I didn't want to continue to highjack the connection issue topic, so I'll open a new one.

My issue is still the same - I cannot get any GPS data from the Android App to my Unleashed on a Nikon D750. The app always says "Location data not available, waiting for GPS fix." Fun fact is that I definitely have a GPS connection. To test this I've installed the "GPSTest" app, which shows me both latitude and longitude - so I am sure the app should have GPS available. The Unleashed app also has access to location data - I've reinstalled the app multiple times and made sure the permission is available. (I also restarted the phone - multiple times, cleared the Bluetooth cache and so on - no resolution).

What should I do now? What's the next step to get this working again? I know it's just the first day of the new year, but I've posted this issue multiple times since end of November, sent app logs multiple times, and still have no response.

Could you please check the logs and give me _some_ information what I can expect from this issue?

Edit: I've sent you another log file. While looking through the included html in the zip I found:

Those xxx,yyy coordinates represent my accurate location. So even the app know that GPS is available.

Yeah, sorry we haven't made progress on the GPS issue. We are still evaluating beta feedback on the BLE connectivity issue before moving onto the GPS issue.

However I've just asked the developer responsible to have a quick look at this

to see if there's is some important data missing, causing the app to decide that this is not valid data... maybe it's a super easy fix, and we can add a fix to the beta for you to test.

Hey Oliver,

I just got the update - I didn't try it out outside but nearly immediately after connecting I finally got a GPS connection again. So finally after months the Unleashed seems to be working again! I'll monitor this a bit (especially whether it stays that way) and update my app rating afterwards :-)
