Nikon d810 and N1

I have just received my N1 and plugged it into the 10 pin port on a d810.

Where does the small USB cable plug in?

I'm not able to use photo review as USB is not active.

The Micro USB plug fits into the bottom half of the Micro USB 3.0 port of your camera.
