Problems after last firmware update (D810+N1)

Hello,
last update generates some problems:
I'm using both a tablet under android v8 and a phone under android v9

Last update works correctly on the tablet but some functions are erratic on phone:

5 functions/buttons are impacted: WB - Quality - Metering - Focus - GPS
When trying to move the slider on these functions,
- the highlighted active choice is off the gray line,
- It is impossible to move up the slider, moving down from and back to active choice is possible,
- for gps it is impossible to deactivate or change anything on the function.

USB cable is plugged on the camera.

Hi Pierre,

sorry for the trouble.
We have not been able to reproduce this issue, but our android guys will look into it.
Since it's the "last 5" settings that cause problems, but the first 7 are OK, I could imagine that it has something to do with the order, or the number of total settings.

A few customers have had problems related to Sony Android phones and Bluetooth, so you could try to "Reset Network Settings" on your phone, to see if that helps!

Could you try without the USB cable being plugged in, to see if the issues still persist?

I scratch all my memorized access codes to friends wifi and my car bluetooth when resetting networks :-(
but no change for unleashed.

Hmm, not exactly,
Mode works, S works, F works, ISO works, EV COMP works, FLASH COMP works

but WB, QUALITY and GPS don't with or without usb cable plugged in the unleashed or not
and METERING and FOCUS don't work when cable plugged only on unleashed or plugged in camera usb

Edit: even after a new reinstall of application on the phone, when launching it I can access to the demo "try app without Unleashed"
and now ( ! ? ! ) same problem of display and choice in the two icons ranks (from EV COMP to GPS occurs !!!!! :-/

Hi,
I was lent my old LG G4 and I made some tests today with it and your v 1.0.3, no difference, I have the same problems (display and functions)

By the way I also try with the update you placed this morning, ..... no change !
Is it possible to make tests with a previous version of the apk ?

HI,
I am no longer coding, but I can not resist finding the logic of a bug, especially when it prevents me from using useful software.

I give you a track, your last update works fine on a 10" display but not on 6" one
In the parameters of Sony, I found that we can adjust the density of display,

everything return to normal in unleashed functionalities, as it goes with the tablet .

May be the room you allocate to the sliders is not adjusted to the contents (icons and text) or does some parameter in android coding is not set to adjust automatically unleashed to the active display ...
Sorry but I am 69 and my eyes need a normal size of display, even if there is a even larger choice , we will keep it for future years, I don't know if taking pictures will exist at this time :-{

The issue was solved in one of our last App updates! Sorry it took a while - we had other things to fix with higher priorities.
