I have wanted to try the holy grail timelapse feature today.
Unfortunately, this does not work, as only the first image is being taken, and no more images.
I am using a SonyA7III, where only the holy grail timelapse had that issue. The timelapse itself worked.
On my Sony A7RV NEITHER of the modes work. The app triggers the first image. The app then keeps counting up at the correct intervals, but the cameras don't take any further images.
Is this a known issue with the Sony cameras? Or general?
Or has this been introduced in the latest firmware update?
All firmware, all and camera firmware are up to date.

Same Problem with the A7R3 and Holy-Grail. Normal Timelapse works.
Firmware is up to date.

Oh, this is not good.
We'll look into this today.
Could you please specify which Firmware you're on? "up to date" changes very quickly, whereas your post stays up for others to read later.
Thanks!

I would be interested to know if this has been solved. I just received my unleashed today for my Sony 7r3 and 7r4 and the Holy Grail timelapse option is not working. Normal timelapse is working.
Pressing the shutter release in Holy Grail screen doesn't initiate a timelapse, nothing happens. No options to select the Holy Grail Algorithm show up either, OFF seems to be the only option available in the Algorithm button.
I've checked that my app and firmware are up to date. Dissapointing.
