Not working with Canon R5 and R6ii [solved with 3.0.2]

We tested as good as we can. But there will always be things we didn't find. If you found things that apparently don't work as they should, you can report them here so we can take care of them as soon as possible.

Hi--wondering if you can provide some directions for the Canon R5 and R6 ii. I can't get it working with either camera, even after updating the firmware this week.

Hi, we don't know of any issues with either of those two cameras! So we'll need some more specific information from you to be able to help.

Go to the PHOTO screen in your app, and tap on one of the settings - if there' s a problem, you should see an error message in the bottom half of the screen that will give you some hints about what's not working.

We also published another firmware update today, so you can try updating to that too.
We have had a few cases where the contacts of the magnetic plug weren't making great contact. You can try pushing on the Unleashed a little, and rotating it back and forth a few times. This cleans the circular contact area of the magnetic plug and allows for better contact.

If you still have the canon connect app paired, please unpair that from your camera first, as it can disable USB connectivity on the camera.
