I have both Nikon Z6II and D750. Can I just need to buy Unleased N2 for Z6II and additional 8P cable to use with D750?

Yes, that's exactly what you can do.
Of course you can also buy a second Unleashed, and control both cameras at the same time from one app! Our app can control up to 6 cameras at once ;-)
