Foolography Community

I was showing the my Unleashed N1 to a friend yesterday, and she was quite interested. She shoots with a Canon, so couldn't test it on her camera.
She did have the question: can you transfer a full-sized image to your smart phone via the unleashed? I know thumbnail sized previews are possible, but what about full resolution images?
I assume, if it is possible, this requires the USB cable on the N1?

It's not (yet) possible.
In theory it would be but the transfer time gets very very long, depending on the size of the photo. on the D800, JPEGS easily reach 20MB, which would take forever to transfer.
But a larger preview - enough for social media uploads is already possible (at least for Nikon) - we're still building a UI for selecting this option.


You're right - the USB cable is necessary for anything to do with image transfer on the N1 and N2, the C1 and C2 never need any cables.
