Just checking you're receiving my emails about a delivery problem

I'm trying to email you about an issue (entirely not your fault, but as the sender it's one you'll have to chase up and resolve) with the delivery of my Unleashed (order number 9143).
Unfortunately I keep getting errors of one sort or another from my end of things and I am not entirely sure whether my emails are arriving or not. I didn't want to post all the details in here, since it's not a failing at your end, but I just wanted to check whether you have received my two emails - one describing the problem and the other with photos attached.
Also, due to the problem, I am not entirely sure which of my email addresses the emails will actually appear to be coming from, but they should both have the order number in and are titled "Delivery problem - not your fault" and "Re: Delivery problem - not your fault"
