Are you still alive?

Are you still around? I bought an Unleashed 22 a few months ago, and now it's stopped working. I've filled out the service form and sent countless emails, and so far, no response. What's going on? Should I be worried that you're no longer around?

The firmware information in the signature is of course not up to date.

Just throw the device away. In the years which led up to this moment, they never:
1. fixed the battery draining problem,
2. never updated the firmware page with latest fixes,
3. promised a lot, never backed it up with real solutions in some cases, and in other cases they fixed a few things.
4. never wrote a manual (PDF) although many times requested.
5. communicated or addressed any problems customers had for years.

Draw your own conclusions from this! For your own mental health: stop wasting energy in things not worth it!

At least you actually got one, still waiting for DHL "preparation for onward transport destination country" since the 13th August and no response from Foolography to two emails, beginning to think I have lost out financially. Pity because the Unleashed "18 worked fine but I changed my camera!

The project was good and if the device works, it's great. That as soon as problems arise, that's the end. The fact that no communication is possible is the worst. That can make you really angry. And now I bought it regularly a few months ago and I have a warranty claim. Before, I was a baker and I had no claims whatsoever. That's different now. I just don't know how to make a claim if you can't communicate. I don't dare just send the device over; I feel like I might as well just throw the Unleashed away. I'm not one for litigation, but I really have to think about whether there really needs to be some action. This is really frustrating!
