is Foolography still in business. My order has no update on shippig and my emails to support go unanswered?
any one else have the same issue

Foolography despatched the wrong item to me last October, and not been able to get any response back

Looks like we have been scammed!!

I had a firmware update for my device yesterday, and it seems I am not alone. How much extra hope this should give you, I don't know, but it does seem the company is not completely gone.

I have posted questions for a year with zero response. So my gadget is in a junk drawer because there are no instructions for its use. Back to using my more reliable Timelapse VIEWS. The sad part is that they are still selling units but with no technical or instructional support. Buyer beware.
