Purchased Unleashe N1 on Sep 02 2024; however, I received Entagged N1, emailed support and got a response in October from Natalie, advising would be in touch in a couple of days. I paid for the import duty of 60 euros for the wrong dispatched item, and have not heard anything since,

Could you please advise when I can have the Unleashed N1 paid for? I ordered it now mid-January 2025 and have emailed info@foolography.com, sales@foolography and shop@foolography without any luck so now trying the forum.

The only thing I recommend is to try to get back your money. Foolography meanwhile looks more like scam.
