Support stops agter shipment

As one of the early adopters via Indiego, February 2022 , a happy user of the product.
However when a firmware upgrade failed and tried the advice to store the product in the freezer, did the cycle many times.
Finally opened a case to solve the issue with constructive suggestion to pay for a swap, since september 2024, however NO RESPONSE at all.
Product is fine and refuse to purchase a new one since firmware upgrade fails.
Hope this topic will being read by the support team, to come to a solution.
