Not directly, no.
You might be able to do something like setting up a custom Mode such as U1 on your camera to have Flash turned off, and normal mode (M/A/S/P) to have flash enabled. then use the Unleashed to switch between the modes.
I'm not sure if that's possible with the D850 though.

Hmm, I just double checked: and the D850 does not have Modes such as U1 or U2

Unlike Cameras like the D7000 series:

So unfortunately, there is no way to do that at the moment.
I guess as a workaround it might be possible to find some other setting which disables the flash sync But I can't think of one that can actually be changed on the d850 (on other cameras, driveMode might have been a candidate)
