Does the Unleashed '18 C2 works with Canon 90D? I see that it is compatible with 80D.

It doesn't fit the 90D physically, but with adapter cables it will work. Check out our blogpost about this:

Yes, I remember reading about that. However, it completely blocked the flippy screen of the 90D. The new design ('22) seems to have the same issue but to a lesser extend.

No, the new Design should be perfectly fine with the flip screens. You'll have to do part of the rotation before fully flipping it out, but aside from that, it shouldn't be in the way.

That's great news, can't wait for it to come out. I like the Unleashed over most others since it frees up the camera hot shoe for triggering camera motion equipment. That is actually a huge selling point of the Unleashed for people like me who are into motion timelapse.
