I have tried contacting pre-sale support on several occasions only to be met with radio silence, so I thought that I’d try here.
Does anyone use unleashed 22 on a Canon R series camera with a flip screen, I was wondering how much the unleashed hardware impacts the opening and tilting of the screen, also would you expect it to be compatible with newer R series cameras (when released) assuming that the same HDMI/USB socket is used?
I was also wondering what sort of delivery times people are experiencing after placing their orders; I ordered an unleashed 18 back in 2020 and support were much more responsive back then replying to my emails and I received the item within a week or two.
However, the fact that support can’t be bothered to reply to my pre-sale questions, coupled with similar posts I’ve seen about support not replying and that other users haven’t had updates about the orders that they’ve placed makes me slightly nervous about placing an order for the updated model.
