Help please! I had a subscription to name list in the past, but had to cancel. I bought a new subscription and it's saying my serial number has an error -- it says Error on activation 40450, subscription or serial number not found, contact support. I'm entering the same serial number from my Engtagged device that I used in my previous subscription.
I realize now I should have just renewed my other subscription instead of starting a new one, but I really need to use this at a shoot tomorrow of 100 people and I haven't gotten a reply from support and I sent the email yesterday morning.
