Hi, can anyone tell if the the app is able to turn the flash on and off, I have a D850 with a Godox V1 mounted on the hot shoe

Not directly, no.

You might be able to do something like setting up a custom Mode such as U1 on your camera to have Flash turned off, and normal mode (M/A/S/P) to have flash enabled. then use the Unleashed to switch between the modes.

I'm not sure if that's possible with the D850 though.

The D850 uses 'Photo shooting menu banks' as custom settings. Is alternating to these supported?

Hmm, I just double checked: and the D850 does not have Modes such as U1 or U2

Unlike Cameras like the D7000 series:

So unfortunately, there is no way to do that at the moment.
I guess as a workaround it might be possible to find some other setting which disables the flash sync But I can't think of one that can actually be changed on the d850 (on other cameras, driveMode might have been a candidate)
