Wrong cable

Have just received 2 N1 (for Nikon D500 + D850).
The cables are not micro-usb, so they do not fit into usb 3 on the cameras!

Hi,
what many people do not know: the Micro USB 2.0 plug fits into the one half of the Micro USB 3.0 socket! In fact, we had so many complaints about this, we decided to make a support video adressing the issue ;-)

Of course, there's still a small chance we did send you the wrong cables, but I hope that's not the case.

As you can see, you sent the wrong cables. This is not a micro-usb.

Yup, you're right! Our mistake.
I believe my colleague Natasha is already in contact with you via email to get the new cables out to you as soon as possible.
