Hi,
My setup is :
- Iphone 5S with IOS 12.4.6
- Unleashed latest (ordered and received a week ago)
- DLSR : Nikon D810 connected with cables

I switch on : the app, then the DSLR : after few second, it looks OK but after 10-15 seconds all the icons are grayed (with the exception of the GPS one)
If I tap an icon say ie the mode one, I get a message : Mode is not available
But if I tap the big white button it triggers the DSLR

In this situation Unleashed is useless, but I am confident that you have the solution

Have you plugged in the Unleashed the right way?

Make sure you have installed it correctly, so that we can exclude this option while troubleshooting. Most users have solved their problem with the Unleashed due to the fact that the cable was plugged in incorrectly.

Also make sure you pull out the battery of the camera and push it back in, so that the Unleashed gets a new refreshing start.

Let us know if the problem persists after this step...

I have disconnected everything (incl battery) and reconnected all; it looks like it works

I just wrote via email too:
Please check that your firmware is up to date!

The production of our Unleashed N1 was a few months ago, so the firmware might well be outdated.
Follow the red notification icon in the app (Menu -> Unleashed with Gear icon -> Your Unleashed -> Firmware), then try again.

Let me know how it goes, and if possible send me a screen recording if there's still any trouble!

- Firmware is up to date
- thanks to Unfoolishly I managed to correct the connections
- I have ran a Timelaspse ramping at the sunrise : it works correctly

Nevertheless an user guide with detailed features would be great
