Hi,

I cannot connect the Unleashed.
Bluetooth is ON, of course, so is the camera, but the app cannot detect it.
THe Unleashed is plugged all the way.
I can pair the device throught the Bluetooth settings of the cellphone in a second BUT I can't connect it.
I have a Nikon D7200 and a OnePlus 6 phone with Android 9.
The app is stuck in the searching screen.
I did all the resets possible.
The LED on the device switches from yellow to red.

I don't know what else can I try. Any ideas?

We also noticed that quite a few people are waiting while the App is still searching for Unleasheds, even though the first one is already shown on the screen. Usually Unleasheds are found almost instantly, so you might not have noticed the first one being found at all. However, since you can pair multiple Unleasheds, the app keeps searching for more Unleasheds indefinitely.
Just tap on the found Unleashed(s) to pair, and then tap done to get started.
