Inconsistent settings for picture size and quality [solved]

Settings for picture size and quality are inconsistent with the settings supported by the Nikon D500:
With connected cable
- For RAW, the Unleashed allows to select picture sizes L, M and S - which is not supported by the camera. Instead no options should be displayed for RAW.
- The D500 distinguishes 2 types of picture quality (Basic and Basic*, Norm and Norm*, Fine and Fine*). The Unleashed correctly offers 2 variants each but the icon is identical, which is confusing.
Without the cable
- the Unleased does not offer the * variants at all.
- The RAW quality setting (L, M and S) is taken over from whatever has been set previously and cannot be changed (options are greyed out; instead no options should be displayed at all).
