Foolography Community

I have not been able to update my firmware on my unleashed device after trying multiple times on my Sony 7R3 and Sony 7R4 cameras. Restarting camera, device, nothing seems to work. % progress never leaves 0 and the unleashed unit seems to reboot several times before signalling a failed firmware update. Anyone have any fixes?????

Current firmware A: 3.6.4, B: 3.6.2, C: 3.6.0
Update available: A3.6.5, B: 3.6.2, C: 3.6.0

There really have shown whom they really care for: only themselves, not their customers.

Without a doubt the worst support I've recieved from any photographic purchase. Unfortunately there is not any point wasting any more time on my expensive remote release that partly works.
