Unleashed 22/Nikon D500 - Pictures from camera are not downloaded into gallery

Hi,
I have just received the unleashed this week and am currently setting it up. One thing I have an issue with is the download of images into the app gallery. Camera is a Nikon D500, Unleashed 22, all Firmware versions are current (Nikon 1.4, Unleashed A/B3.6.1, C 3.6.0), pictures are stored in RAW and JPG. What happens is that if I start building the gallery the menue display on the top right starts flickering, the app indicates download but nothing happens, even if there is only a single image on the chip. I managed to get one picture displayed once, but that's it. In most attempts it's only a grey patch if at all. I also tried to format the chip (Lexar CF Express Professional, 128GB) but it did not help. In the last attempt I got the message that the app crashed and I should send the log-file, which I did.
I have seen this issue being described in the past but I did not see any details on the camera there.
Does anyone have a hint on whats going wrong and how it can be fixed?
Regards,
Marcus
