Canon 1DX Mark III no image preview

I am unable to access any galleries nor will the image preview work. iPhone 12 / iOS 17.6.1. Firmware A 3.5.0 B 3.5.1 C 3.3.1
App 3.2.0 (6133). Tried to send support request but will not load my 4Mb video.
