Hey, possible bug in your app.
We've hand a handful of photographers where the Entagged Android app will completely unpair from the camera module and just display "VIRTUAL ENTAGGED" where it would normally display the camera "D7200". This also happened once in the middle of a photo session for one photographer. The confusing part is that the app continues to scan QR codes and beep/vibrate as normal and photographers continue to scan students like everything is normal, except no "comment" data gets sent to Nikon d7200 cameras we are using. I believe everyone in our company is using the Android app update from August 9th.
