We tested as good as we can. But there will always be things we didn't find. If you found things that apparently don't work as they should, you can report them here so we can take care of them as soon as possible.

Dear Foolography,
It seems that on a Samsung A54 phone with Android 13 the "enable Bluetooth" pop up in the App isn't enabling the Bluetooth at all. Bluetooth stays OFF.
I have the latest App and latest FW version.
Is this just me, or are others experiencing the same?

Hi,
That's the first we hear of this. could you send us a log file? (Menu -> (i) -> Share Log File)
You can also enable Bluetooth access in your system Settings.

I think this is Samsung specific. I have no idea why it is? Should work, but it doesn't.
I now turn on Bluetooth manually.
