Hello.
I can't seem to update the firmware on my unleashed 18 from my phone.
Phone: Nokia 6 /android version 9.
Camera: Canon EOS 6D Mark II.
Everything starts well then when I reach 30% of the upload the top screen of the camera freezes and the update ends abnormally.
Attached is the log file of the update attempt.

sorry for the trouble.
Did you follow the instructions and halfpress the shutter during the update? without that, the camera stops providing power to the Unleashed, and therefore the Unleashed can't complete the Firmware update.

Sorry but I forgot to halfpress the shutter during the update. After halfpressing the shutter during the update it worked fine without any problem. Thanks for your help.
