Unleashed 22 failed to update Firmware A. Sony A7RV [solved with FW C3.3.1]

We tested as good as we can. But there will always be things we didn't find. If you found things that apparently don't work as they should, you can report them here so we can take care of them as soon as possible.

Hi.
My unit is still not able to update firmware A. Still 0.0.0. With new firmware update After back and forth emails with the company. They kept saying I have to be patient when it is updating firmware so I sent a full long 4 minutes VDO of firmware update failure to them and there is no email response since then. So irresponsible company.

I have wait until now and there is a new firmware update Ver B 3.3.1 but still to able to update firmware A.
