VOn Foolography wirst du wohl auch keine Antwort mehr kommen. Die reagieren schon seit vielen Monaten nicht mehr. Vermutlich sind sie pleite.
Wie die GPS Daten in die Exifs kommen bin ich mir nicht sicher. Meine 6DMII hat GPS eingebaut und bei meiner EOS kann ich es erst am Wochenende testen.
Besteht denn eine Verbindung zwischen dem Smartphone, von dem es die GPS-Daten bekommt, und dem Unleashed? Oder kann es ev. damit zusammenhängen, dass du auf der Südhalbkugel bist?
Aber ist das so ein großes Problem, wenn du die GPS-Daten nicht hast? Du kannst sie ja nachträglich in die Dateien schreiben.

I think by now all becomes clear. Too much on their plates. If you try to do everything, you may end up not succeeding in doing very much.
Too many camera brands, too many camera types, too many differences in firmware between all these supported camera's, too much problems in production and at the customer's end. Too much complains. No way out anymore. I would start to worry also.
They aimed too high for the capabilities they have in their team and juggling with too many balls in the air and keep them all in the air is a hard thing to do. I find it hard to write, but Foolography took too much load of what they can handle to please everybody. You can only do that when you know which things will work out for the best after you have the confirmation that it actually does work, both in hardware and software. Now they assumed too much that it would work with all brands. Too risky to take that shot without some confirmations that satisfies your concerns and doubts that things would work out for the better. It didn't and I do think that this is the final conclusion to draw. Too bad. Not everything in life works out well.
