Hello, when doing holy grail timelapse my fuji xt-4 randomly freezes up and then after 15/30 seconds it works again… the holy grail works but the camera freezes up… it can be after 5 photos or after 50 photos… it is not sd card problem because it is a sandisk extreme pro 300MB/s… it happens also when doing timelapse… there is a lot of time from interval to interval so it is not a problem of processing and saving files

Where is the assistance? No one is answering
Just throw the thing away, or return it for a refund.
They will not fix it. They have proven over years now that all their promises have been broken so far. And each time they try to blame it on the customer, let the customer test the new version (unpaid of course) and promise to fix it with the new firmware or app version. Of course this is a lie. Way too ambitious project, too many different brands to support at once, too little experience with other camera brands to reverse engineer their protocols, and too much promises without a realistic planning and experience. That is a lot of stress and a lot of unsatisfied customers.
No wonder why it is very quiet on the forum. They have no real answers to the problems piling up.

Save money and even more importantly, future annoyances, by not buying this crappy device.
I can confirm the same behaviour on my X-T4.
It does not only happen during holy grail, and timelapse, but it also just happened to me when I was setting different exposure times in the Foto menu of the Unleashed app. Suddenly the X-T4 would not change the exposure time anymore to the time I've set in the app. Then, within a minute or so, it suddenly worked again.
I guess this is not an app issue though, because it also happens when the Unleashed operates "stand-alone", i.e. with bluetooth turned off on my phone (so no more connection to the app) and the Unleashed running in holy grail.
I did a sunset-night-sunrise holy grail test with the Unleashed some months ago, firmware 3.3.something (using the modified LRT sunset/sunrise algorithms). At that time it worked well. So maybe the bug was introduced with newer firmware(?) (today I updated to 3.6.something), or maybe it has to do with an X-T4 firmware update(?)
In any case: Please, Oliver, this needs to be fixed. Or at least a firmware downgrade should be possible, if that is what helps in the meantime.
Oh and thanks for having added the EV 24h algorithm support for Fujifilm cameras. :)

A bit more information: It has nothing to do with X-T4 firmware updates. I just downgraded from V2.12 to V1.01 - still the same behaviour.
So it's definitely an issue that got introduced in one of the latest Unleashed updates.
Please, Oliver, give us the chance to downgrade to an earlier version in order to be able to use the Unleashed again with the X-T4. Thank you!

I've got the same issue with my X-T5. This has worked in the past, but it's recently started experiencing the same issue described. Shooting will freeze when doing a holy grail timelapse (flashing red/orange indicator on my device for 15-60 seconds, then start shooting again) or will just drop shots (app still thinks it's working, but it's not shooting), both are caused randomly, and both will fix themselves randomly.
