C2 not working on Canon 5D Mark II [solved]

So I did test my C2 (which doesn't work with my 5DmkII) on a different camera - the Canon 7D.
Works like a charm!

Seems to be a camera related problem between C2 and a Canon 5DmkII.

And as I mentioned in a previous post (when connected to the 5DmkII) it does not state the name of the camera anymore - it only shows the serial number now.

Also what I noticed while the C2 is connected to camera when turning the front or back dials on the 5DmkII ( in order to change F-stop or Shutterspeed on the camera - not in the app) there's a kind of a small delay and the LCD Panel on the top of the camera flashes a short "busy". You can change the settings but there's a delay (also when you go through the menu settings on the LCD monitor).

Don't know if this helps but I thought I mention it!

Issue:
Photo:
- Photo trigger is not available. Unknown Error (changes error when select different features in this screen)
Timelapse:
- Timelapse trigger is not available. Restricted by hardware dial or switch or another setting

Camera is powered on to the "On" position, the dial is set to "AV", although no setting changes the message

There are no errors on the camera itself and I can continue to take pictures manually with the camera without issue. While the C2 connects to my iPhone, operations on the phone are disabled.

If there is additional information I can provide please let me know.

We got a 550D today, tested a 7D again today as well, and will get a 5Dmk2 and maybe a 500D/T1i on Monday, so we can probably fix this next week!

I also received my C2 this morning, got all excited, plugged it in to my 5d mk II and it did not work!
I think I'm seeing a pattern here....

I tried the 700D: no error 70, but also not working! No camera model visible, question mark on battery symbol. Shutter speed not available in all modes. What did you really work on for over a year??

Could you tell me what was wrong with your Unleashed that made you think it didn't work? Perhaps another user will have the same impression and would help us give better support :)
