Time picker UI-element not really user friendly in CURRENT BETA App

Hi All,
Look at the Deep Sleep Timeout settings in the Unleashed settings. It is like this:
In order to pick the 10:00h setting, the user has to swipe his/her indexfinder one inch shorter to actually being able to reach the bottom of the list of possible settings. That is really USER UNFRIENDLY.
May I purpose a BETTER alternative for such long lists with options when picking a time unit? It's called a time picker.
How does this work? Simple!
You press the setting like "Deep Sleep Timeout", a time picker pops up, then you first pick the hour, then you pick the minutes. Done! Simple as that!
See these snapshots, taken from the Android App "Rijden de Treinen" (Translated to English: "Do the trains run?"), which can be found HERE.
Snap shots of the App, while picking a time moment (hh:mm):
Hours: Minutes: Much much simpler than the very long list of preset hh:mm values!
Greetings,
