Uninstall and reinstall seems to have fixed it- thanks

I'm unable to review images on my Nikon Z7 II. I have the Android app configured to download small versions. When I take a shot, then open the Gallery and sync, I either see "Bad File" or a gray image with a few black bars at the top. I shoot in RAW mode. Am I missing something here? I've got an Unl...
