I received my replacement device and it works perfectly. Updated the firmware and it still works fine. Relieved to finally put this behind me.

I am also requesting a replacement, but after a month of requesting a replacement, my requests are no longer being acknowledged. My emails go unanswered. And these forum posts are no longer answered as well.

I am at a loss for what to do.

I confirmed the USB cable was plugged in properly and even tried the slightly less firm connection. Eventually I just removed the cable altogether in order to remove that as a possible option. And at no point did I attempt to connect to the Unleashed in any other way except via the Unleashed software.

I'm using a D7200, and I seem to have tried everything. I did not mention in my previous reply that removing the battery from the camera does not appear to help.

I am having this same issue. I have also tried all of the troubleshooting above. From the time of plugging my Unleashed in to the time of the slow yellow/orange pulse mixed with a red blink it was less than 1 hour. I took 1 photo in that time.
